Beryl,
This is an initial (within 10 days) response to your public records request
which I received via email on September 24.
I am not the custodian of the records you're looking for, nor do I know if
such records exist, or where they are located. I have turned your request
over to our fiscal department to see what (if any) records are available.
Under the *Wyoming Public Records Act*, our department is not required to
create any new documents in order to satisfy a records request.
Once we have identified whether such records exist and where they are
located, we will provide you a cost estimate for copying and staff time.
These fees will not be waived, and we must receive payment prior to
releasing any information.
Regards,
Mark
