Circuit Court Magistrate Emails

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Wyoming Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Documents pertaining to your service as a part-time Wyoming Circuit Court Magistrate and also as Town Judge for the Town of Pinedale. This request only covers documents created after October 1 2014, nothing from before that is requested or required. To be clear, this includes any emails, documents, memos, letters, requests held on a personal computer/email account or device as long as the document is related to your official work either as a Circuit Court Magistrate or Town Judge.

Documents sought are as follows:

-Memos, emails, requests, letters that mention same-sex marriage/gay marriage/equal marriage.
-Memos, emails, requests, letters received from the Wyoming Attorney General's Office or the Commission on Judicial Conduct and Ethics. (Please note this excludes any newsletters received from said agencies)
-Memos, emails, requests, letters sent to the Wyoming Attorney General's Office or the Commission on Judicial Conduct and Ethics.
-Memos, emails, and requests, letters that mention or discuss Ned Donovan or the Pinedale Roundup newspaper.
-Memos, emails, requests, letters received from Stephen Crane, or sent to him.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Should you wish to deny access to any records of which you are custodian, please specify which and provide a written statement as required by the Wyoming Public Records Act.
