Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code §§ 6250), I hereby request the following records:
We are looking for all documents related to the Woodland contract with Tyler Technologies to purchase Tyler Eden permitting software, including the original contract, the date, implementation and maintenance costs, total cost, contract duration, and all services rendered.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Hi Justine,
I was able to locate the City Council minutes of September 1, 2009 indicating that Council authorized the Tyler Eden Public Software Program. Please see excerpt below:
TYLER EDEN PUBLIC SOFTWARE PROGRAM
Council authorized the City Manager to enter into a Contract with Tyler
Eden for the implementation of a Financial and Land Management Software
System, including Electronic Timekeeping and Human Resources modules.
I am not able to locate a contract anywhere and am therefore requesting a two-week extension.
You will receive a reply by Tuesday, September 5th.
