Pursuant to Wisconsin's Open Records act, I hereby request the following records:
Complete records of all claims made to the wolf depredation program for death or injury to hunting dogs since inception of the program, broken down by each incident claimed. For each claim include the name and contact information of claimant, reimbursement payment amount, full incident report (including date, location, summary of incident, and description of dogs involved and their wounds), and all correspondence with claimant pertaining to claim.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

I followed up with contacts on August 3, 2017, and August 15, 2107, asking how you would like to proceed. On the 15th, I indicated that if I didn't hear from you within five business days, the open records request will be closed. As you have not responded, I will assume you do not wish to review the records. If you change your mind, you may submit a new open records request.
