Pursuant to the Wisconsin Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All written or electronic communications, including email attachments, between Commissioner Marge Bostelmann and any official, employee, lobbyist or representative of the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty, including the group's founder and president, Rick Esenberg. This request also seeks any communications between Commissioner Bostelmann and any email address that ends in @will-law.org
This request seeks records produced since January 1, 2018.
I am a reporter for The Guardian newspaper, and I respectfully request a fee waiver.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
