Pursuant to the Wisconsin Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Pursuant to the New Mexico Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

AtNight Media (formerly Original Media Group) requests audio and video files of any jail or prison visitation logs (i.e. virtual visits), commissary orders, letters sent or received, disciplinary records and audio of phone calls placed by inmate Jake Thomas Patterson (DOB: June 17, 1997 (age 26)). On March 27, 2019, Patterson pleaded guilty to two counts of intentional first-degree homicide and one count of kidnapping of Jayme Closs.

Per Leslie Garcia (Office of General Counsel) of the New Mexico Department of Corrections: “The release of the requested information for this inmate would be in violation of the Interstate Compact between Wisconsin and New Mexico. Pursuant to that agreement, any requests for information regarding inmates shall be referred to the sending state.”

If more audio than what was initially released exists, we kindly ask for those to be included.

We would prefer the request be fulfilled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
