RE: PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST of January 16, 2024 Reference # P003326-011624 Dear AJ, I am writing as initial response to your public records request of January 16, 2024, in which you requested the following: Any and all records that reference "Catapult" and/or "Catapult Sports" and/or "Catapult Video" and/or "Catapult Pro Video" "Catapult Scout" between the dates of Aug. 1, 2023 and the date on which this request is processed. Please include any emails (including attachments), memos, chat service messages, videos, pictures, faxes or anything that could be construed as relevant to the search terms. This request as currently written is insufficient in specificity to move ahead with location of records. Rather than deny your request now, I would suggest the addition of specific employee name/email. This will take your request from a "fishing expedition" and into a request where it is possible to locate responsive records. STATUS: HOLD pending reply from requestor. If I do not have reply from you by January 25th, I will close this request as abandoned. You are always welcome to resubmit a new narrower request even if you fail to meet the deadline. We want to be able to locate records for you, we just need more information to do so.
