Pursuant to North Carolina Public Records Law (G.S. ยงยง 132-1 through 132-10), I hereby request the following documents:

All correspondence between the email address michael.richardson@cfpua.org and other email accounts since January 1, 2012 relating to or describing the following:

1. Chemicals collectively identified by DuPont Company and The Chemours Company FC, LLC as GenX;

2. Chemicals that are structurally or functionally or otherwise similar to GenX.

We seek the initial correspondence as well as any response, follow-up, or attachment to the correspondence.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
