Records, Ivana Marie Trump (née Zelníčková) (Westchester County District Attorney)

Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

Records of the District Attorney that mention or pertain to the individual named Ivana Marie Trump, whose maiden name was Ivana Marie Zelníčková.

This includes the District Attorney's records of correspondence, transcripts, memoranda, or any record of investigation where Ivana Marie Trump features as a witness or subject in an investigation.

Ivana Marie Trump's birthday was February 20, 1949. She is recorded to have died on July 14, 2022. Please see attachment for proof of death.

Under the Freedom of Information Law, privacy interests of a person that may be invoked to halt release of records are considered greatly diminished upon death. In this instance, the public interest in release should be assumed to prevail over privacy interest.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
