Pursuant to the West Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

(1.) Any written or electronic record of the original job description and any modified or new job description since 2017 for WV Secretary of State employee Timothy Lee Dean (DOB: 10/8/1976).
(2.) Any written or electronic record of employee time records, travel records, or correspondence related to time and travel for WV Secretary of State employee Timothy Lee Dean (DOB: 10/8/1976).
(3.) Any written or electronic record related to vendor payments to Timothy Lee Dean
(4.) Any written or electronic record related to the purchase of equipment purchased, rented, or requested by Timothy Lee Dean

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
