Wayne County prosecutor case files

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

1) Copies of all case files for case # 2005843901, involving defendant Kendra C. Finney, which was closed on 9/25/20 at the request of the prosecuting attorney, Marisa Ann Hamel. This should include all police reports, affidavits, criminal complaints, and requests for dismissal.

I ask that all fees be waived as I am a member of the media and do not intend to use the requested records for any commercial purpose.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
