Hi there,

Thank you so much for your thorough message. I'm happy to limit this request to January 1, 2014 through the present. Regarding "directives," any ordinances (or the like) referencing the order of operations or expectations of gas companies' responsibilities would be greatly appreciated. If there is any other clarification that is necessary, please don't hesitate to call at 617-299-1832. Payment can be sent as soon as a final cost estimate is available.

Best wishes,
Beryl

From: Senchyshyn, John

Hello Beryl,

The estimate was based on January 2014 to the present. Had you wanted anything earlier, that would have required a more exhaustive search than we anticipated. As such, the 3 hours @ a total of $75.00 is the amount to provide the records. Upon receipt of payment, I’ll forward the documents.
Regards,

John
