Pursuant to the Alaska Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All current policies maintained by the department regarding vehicle pursuits (also known as: car chase, vehicular response policy, vehicular pursuit procedure, fleet crashes).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Sorry, I forgot to mention in the last email that our email address for records requests should be wpdadmin@cityofwasilla.gov<mailto:wpdadmin@cityofwasilla.gov> and that our mailing and physical address should be 801 N Wasilla-Fishhook Road, Wasilla, AK 99654 (we moved in 2020). When I went to the MuckRock page for our agency, our public records website is also incorrect and should be https://www.cityofwasilla.gov/services/departments/police/public-records.
