Pursuant to RCW Ch. 42.56 (Public Records Act), I hereby request the following records:

Any and all invoices sent to the Office of the Governor from Unicor aka Federal Prison Industries aka FPI between January 1, 2015 and the date the search is conducted.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Hi Douglas-

I'm writing to acknowledge receipt of your request for public records. I have searched our files and asked the Office of Financial Management (OFM) to look for invoices responsive to your request. OFM reviewed its system and responded:

I have run multiple searches and cannot locate anything with either Unicor, FPI, Federal Prison Industries, United States Bureau of Prisons, or anything else coming close to any of those names within the requested timespan.

Because we've been unable to identify anything responsive, I will close out your request.
