soundtransit fare enforcement on u-link opening day

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to RCW Ch. 42.56 (Public Records Act), I hereby request the following records:

All civil infractions and warnings issued by Sound Transit Police under RCW 81.112.220 for failure to produce proof of payment on Link Light Rail on March 19, 2016 (the opening date of the University Link Extension). I am primarily interested in the time, place (including direction of travel if available), and officer notes for each infraction or warning. I am not particularly interested in fields that personally identify the recipient -- it would be fine if those were left out if that reduces the burden of processing this request.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
