Thank you for the detailed information. I have not yet received the first installment of documents and I am concerned it has been lost in the mail. Would it be possible to send it again to a different address?

The address I would like to re-send it to is:
PO BOX 66361
Burien, WA 98166-0361

If necessary I can pay the $5 fee again; please advise.

Thanks again.
