Ms. Lipton,
You've already paid for these records. I mailed the records to you on CD on November 6th. Please stop emailing our office asking for status updates for requests that have already been addressed, fulfilled, etc. I understand that your company likely uses a bot service to send out these types of follow up emails, however, please desist sending follow up emails for requests that our unit has already responded to.
From: Muckrock Staff
Apologies, the records were never received in our office, which is why the follow-up was sent out. We'll disable the follow-ups, but if the records haven't been received by the end of the week, we'll kindly ask you to re-send them.
Thank you.
