Pursuant to the Washington Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All protocols for testing and analyzing drugs seized by law enforcement for content, including names and locations of all laboratory facilities used for such analysis.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

We have begun the process to search for records responsive to your request.
If records are discovered, I anticipate that I will have at least a first installment of records to produce by January 3, 2019. If I have them sooner, I will produce them as soon as they are available. If additional time is needed, we will notify you in advance of the due date. We will communicate with you and keep you informed on any updates regarding collecting and obtaining the responsive records as we move through the process.
