Re: Public Records Request PR_2024_000154

Dear Requester:

The Office of Public Records and Open Public Meetings is seeking a partial clarification regarding your public records request received by this office on 02/09/2024. This clarification is sought as allowed by RCW 42.56.520 of the Public Records Act of Washington State; which states, in part:

[A]n agency may ask the requestor to clarify what information the requestor is seeking. If the requestor fails to respond to an agency request to clarify the request, the agency must respond to those portions of the request that are clear.

Your request seeks communication records between University employees and "any entity using the eventellect.com URL in their email address." Your request is broad and may require us to go to every department at the University. Are you seeking records from a specific department? If not, then additional time will be needed to reach out to every department. Please contact this office by 02/29/2024 to clarify your request. If we do not hear from you by that date, we will process your request accordingly.

Sincerely,

Kathleen Burns
