After reviewing your request as written and our current workload, we estimate it will take 6 months to produce all the records you are seeking. However, during that time we will release records to you in installments as they become available.
Our procedure is to determine the office(s) where requested records are located. We then work with staff to identify and gather the responsive records.
Once records are located and gathered, we review them for information that may be redacted based on a statutory exemption. In some cases, we may require additional time to notify a third party or consult with legal counsel.
