To Whom It May Concern:

A cost letter was sent to you on October 15, 2020 for a first installment of records responsive to your public records request (P-15517). Your request was administratively closed after 30 days as no payment was received.

After receiving your email sent yesterday, I looked at the file and see that payment was received for this first installment on January 22, 2021. This incoming payment was somehow missed which is why you have not received the 1st installment of records. I apologize for this oversight and delay. We are now placing this first installment in the mail and it will be sent in tomorrow's outgoing mail. We are now working on processing a 2nd installment and you can expect further response within 10 business days, on or before, April 21, 2021.

Sincerely,
Denise Vaughan
