2. Department policies, procedures and directives regarding the identification,
detaining and arresting of journalists
2. Any and all arrest logs for D.C. Code § 22-1322 et-seq
(“rioting or inciting to riot”) violations on Jan. 20, 2017
3. Any and all records of search and seizures of mobile devices and video
cameras conducted on Jan. 20, 2017 in regards to Washington, DC J20 Protest
4. Any and all correspondence, documents, and memorandums containing
After Action Reports with respect to the incident involving the Metropolitan Police Department and the arrest of 6 journalists covering the Disrupt J20 protest in Washington DC on Jan. 20, 2017
