Pursuant to the DC Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any records pertaining to the Department's response to the Twitter (or "X") account at @DDOTDCDirector, including (but not limited to):
1. Any communications with media, reporters, or journalists concerning the account;
2. Any communications with Twitter (or "X") concerning the account;
3. Any records pertaining to the Department's assertion that "This account has been reported and asked for removal" (see: https://twitter.com/DDOTDC/status/1713320634476884280)
4. Any letters or correspondence to or from the operator of the account; and
5. Any records pertaining to any effort to identify the operator of the account.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
