Police Report Concerning the Homicide of Seth Conrad Rich

Pursuant to the District of Columbia Freedom of Information Act of 1974, D.C. Code Ann. § 2-531 et seq. ("D.C. Act"), I hereby request the following records:

A copy of the police report (or incident report) concerning the shooting and death of Seth Conrad Rich on July 10, 2016, on or near the 2100 block of Flagler Place NW in Washington, D.C.
