This letter is in response your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, being 2021-FOIA-06450, in which you seek the following records:

- January 20, 2017 Inaugural Munitions Loadout and Loadin.
- December 12, 2020 Munitions Loadout and Loadin.
- January 6 , 2021 Munitions Loadout and Loadin

After due consideration, your request has been granted in part. A copy of the 2017 Inaugural Munitions Summary and a summary of the munitions deployed on January 6, 2021 are attached. You will note from the two documents provided that the record-keeping process has changed since the 2017 Inauguration. Loadout and loadins are no longer conducted. Instead, an inventory of munitions deployed are now typically conducted on a monthly basis. Therefore, no responsive records have been located with regard to your request for a December 12, 2020 munitions loadout and loadin.

Please know that under D.C. Official Code § 2-537 and 1 DCMR § 412, you have the right to appeal this response to the Mayor or to the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. If you elect to appeal to the Mayor, your appeal must be in writing and contain "Freedom of Information Act Appeal" or "FOIA Appeal" in the subject line of the letter as well on the outside of the envelope.
