Pursuant to the DC Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Records of Bird Strikes between the years of 2004 and 2020 that resulted in sample collection (often referred to as "snarge") that have resulted in anomalous results that can not be linked to known bird species or other airborne capable animals; as well as, anomalous material and meta-material.

Any reports of bird strike incidents that correspond with pilots, crew, and/or ground based aviation personnel seeing and/or reporting events associated with Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon, UAP, UFO, or Anomalous Airborne Activity.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.
