Pursuant to the Rhode Island Access to Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. All reports involving Craig J Silva (DoB May 18 1989). This includes, but is not limited to: CAD, Formal, and Supplemental;
2. All BWC videos from the aforementioned cases;
3. All vehicle mounted videos from the aforementioned cases;
4. All statements, interviews, and interrogations from the aforementioned cases;
5. All booking photos from the aforementioned cases. This includes, but is not limited to frontal, side, back, and tattoo shots;
6. All photos from the aforementioned cases;

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
