Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
All email communications between Quinn Robertson, County Administrator and Joe Turner, Deputy County Administrator to include all communications prior to the hiring of Joe Turner as an employee of the Walton County Board of County Commissioners.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

I acknowledge receipt of your below request.
Due to the way I submitted the last request to our IT Department, we will combine this one with your last request for communications pertaining to Joe Turner.
I submitted the request as all emails containing the term “Joe Turner” so it is going to pull any emails pertaining to his employment or discussing the hiring of him as well since I did not limit it to a time period.
We will contact you when we receive the email search results.
