Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act , I hereby request the following records:
All observation logs and incident reports filed by Waller County Jail staff between 7/10/15 and the end of 7/13/15. Also, any surveillance video of county jail cell blocks between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. on 7/13/15.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

July 29, 2015 – observation logs and surveillance video mailed to CJ Ciaramella at mailing address provided, AG opinion mailed for incident reports
August 3, 2015 – per certified mail receipt: observation logs and surveillance video delivered to CJ
August 7, 2015 – date on AG ruling (sent to both Waller County and CJ)
August 12, 2015 – AG ruling received by Waller County
August 27, 2015 – basic information emailed to CJ per AG ruling
According to my records, this request has been fulfilled. What information do you believe has not been released?
