All current "Brady lists" and "Giglio lists" (per Brady v. Maryland/Giglio v. United States) maintained by your office.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Hi, I'm Dan Bigelow, prosecutor of Wahkiakum County. This morning I received two faxed requests from you for Brady lists that my office maintains, and this message is intended to answer both of them.
Wahkiakum County has seven sworn officers and none of them have any Brady material, so I guess you could either say I don't have a Brady list or that my Brady list has nobody on it. The Washington State Patrol has officers patrolling the county and I pay attention to the WSP's Brady updates, but nobody they have provided an update on has impinged on a case of mine, so I have not added anyone from WSP to a Brady list, either. It's empty - or it doesn't exist - whichever one checks your boxes better!
