Hello, This is what the jail inmate list shows on Gary Allen Baker, it shows it to be a WPD case on the inmate list BUT it shows an MCSO case on the mugshot page. I wrote MCSO and they say they have nothing on Baker and it's a WPD case. This guy is the Sheriff's son in law and so they don't want me to have his records and I have no clue except it shows you and they say it's not them. Sorry. I need any resisting arrest, and arrest charges, since they have him for resisting an arrest, I would think he was arrested. Sorry, I am very confused and obviously, they don't want me to have his records so I don't exactly know how to answer you except he's in jail and "they" are pointing me to you.
