Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Mugshots of one Sherre Johnston from 12/28/20, 3/12/22, and 1/14/21, all records on the arrest of Sherre Johnston from March 3, 2022 and films. All records concerning her bond revocation also.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

On March 17, 2022, the McLennan County Criminal District Attorney's Office
("Office") received a written request ("Request") from Bernadette Feazell
("Requestor") seeking "Mugshots of one Sherre Johnston from 12/28/20,
3/12/22, and 1/14/21, all records on the arrest of Sherre Johnston from
March 3, 2022 and films. All records concerning her bond revocation also."

Following a search of our records, we are unable to identify any "mugshots"
responsive to your request. The same would likely be maintained among the
records of the McLennan County Sheriff's Office, 901 Washington Avenue,
Waco, Texas 76701.
Following a search of our records, we are unable to identify any "records on
the arrest of Sherre Johnston from March 3, 2022 and films" responsive to
your request.
Following a search of our records, we identified records we believe to be
responsive to "records concerning her bond revocation" in criminal defendant
case files kept under the name "Sherre Whitney Johnston" maintained by our
Office in relation to criminal prosecution in the 54th Judicial District
Court of McLennan County, Texas, Cause No. 2021-175-C2. Please find such
records attached hereto in PDF format.
