McLennan County Auditor's Office Investigations

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Date and times of meetings with Representatives from the United States Department of Transportation, TxDot, Texas Rangers and the Texas Mortuary and Funeral Association.
Memos to District Judge West, District Judge Susan Kelly concerning visits from law enforcement concerning Sheriff's deputies and criminal activities.
All Memos, meetings, minutes of meetings between Auditor's office and County Commissioners, and/or Treasurer Helton and/or County Judge Scott Felton concerning current investigations by TxDot, Dept. of Transportation Federal, and the Texas Rangers.
All memos, notes of meetings, written and emailed communications between the Auditor's office and Sheriff's department concerning current investigations by federal and state agencies.
Dates of meetings and minutes of meetings if any and place where meetings took place.
List of all files requested by Texas Rangers, Department of Transportation, and TxDot.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
