Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, s. 286.011, F.S., I hereby request the following records:
The current roster and documents and records containing photos of all Volusia County Sheriff's Deputies (as well as the Sheriff himself) as of the date this request is processed.
These records should be sufficient to show:
Full Name and middle initial (to avoid confusion of officers with the same last name)
Photo or Headshot
Current badge number
Current rank
Unit assignment
Gender
Race
Date of employment
Government email address
Salary
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I apologize. I thought the county clerk may be in possession of such records, the reason why I contacted the county is because VSO is not complying with this request, yet other law enforcement agencies have including NSB PD along with a number of law enforcement agencies historically.
