From: Cameron Koob

Hello Mr. Palmer,

Thank you for your reply- the information I requested does not in fact appear to be entirely confidential under the law you cited:

According to Va. Code § 58.1-3:

"The provisions of this subsection shall not be applicable, however, to:

1. Matters required by law to be entered on any public assessment roll or book;

2. Acts performed or words spoken, published, or shared with another agency or subdivision of the Commonwealth in the line of duty under state law; [...]

4. The sales price, date of construction, physical dimensions or characteristics of real property, or any information required for building permits;"

[https://law.lis.virginia.gov/vacode/58.1-3/]

My request was:

All communications in your possession, of any type whatsoever, to and from the Trump Organization and any Trump Organization subsidiaries or their agents regarding tax abatements, exemptions, subsidies, or reductions on their real or personal property.

I will happily amend my request to the following: "Any communications with information required by law to be entered on public assessment rolls or books, as well as any information required for building permits on 3550 Blenheim Rd, Charlottesville, VA 22902 or the Trump Vineyard Estates."

Best,

Cameron Koob
