SCOP Arrest Reports-Newport News

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

A list of licensed Special Conservators of the Peace (SCOPs) who operate in your district.
Copies of the arrest logs and arrest reports from the years 2012 through 2015 where arrests were made by SCOPs to include the following information at minimum:

1) Full name of the arrested adult;
3) Year of birth of the arrested adult;
4) Charge or charges;
5) Date of the arrest;
6) Time of the arrest;
7) Gender of the arrested adult;
8) Race of the arrested adult.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
