Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Copies of all RM-3 (Certificate of Records Destruction) forms submitted to the Library of Virginia by the City of Charlottesville, Virginia between January 2018 and the current date.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Mr. Breen,
This is email #4 of 4. There is one section where the files are turned
clockwise and counterclockwise; I apologize for that. When I tried to
correct it in Acrobat it instead turned the entire file 90 degrees, which
made the majority of the file turned sideways, and that was worse than just
having two images out of kilter. Hopefully they're all still useful for
you.
This completes our response to your request. If you did NOT receive four
emails with subjects "FOIA response #X of 4" then please let me know which
one you missed and I will re-send it.

These are attached in PDF's broken down by fiscal year. As I was attaching
them I got a message that since they combine for over 25MB, so I will send
