Dear Ms. Burch,

Thank you for your response. I am still interested in proceeding with this request, but honestly this is higher than I expected. May I ask how these costs were determined? My understanding is 2.2-3704.F. provides that reasonable charges are not to exceed its actual cost incurred in accessing, duplicating, supplying, or searching for the requested records. Are the requested records that voluminous? If so, I'm happy to narrow the request to make it more manageable for your office and my pocketbook.

Again, thanks so much

From: Office of the Governor

The advance determination is based upon the hourly rate exclusive of
benefits of persons of who would have to review the requested material for
possible exemptions. The bulk of the cost is assoiated with reviewing the
emails of the substantial number of people listed in paragraph 2 of your
request.

Please inform us if you wish to reformulate your request or otherwise
proceed with your FOIA.

Thank you for the explanation:

I'd like to modify the second paragraph to only seek 'Any email communication with: Camille Q. Solberg containing the case insensitive keyword "Antisemitism" between February 3, 2022 and May 7, 2022.'

Thanks so much
