- Privacy and/or data retention policies regarding Flock Safety product/services
- Any/all manuals regarding Flock Safety product/services
- Guidelines mentioning Flock Safety product/services
- Bulletins mentioning Flock Safety product/services
- Briefings mentioning Flock Safety product/services
- Use policies and standard operating procedures for Flock Safety product/services
- All emails sent (through this year) mentioning "Flock Safety" and/or "ALPR"
- Any/all digitally disseminated publications from your agency mentioning Flock Safety product/services

After reviewing your FOIA request, it has come to our attention in our search for your requested records that under the “all emails sent (through this year) mentioning “Flock Safety” and/or “ALPR” category, we have over 12,000 emails that would need to be reviewed for redaction which would require an vast amount of time.
Under Section 3(g) of FOIA, I am asking if you would narrow or reduce this request to manageable proportions.
