Jamie - I apologize for not sending this out by COB yesterday. I am having some trouble with the search technology required for archived emails. I will work on getting the complete response out to you today. I can tell you that I have no records responsive to your request between the dates of January 4 to the present. I am continuing to search for emails from the Scott transition team to the Trump transition team. Thanks for your patience. Jaye

Re: Request for Public Records
Dear Mr. Craven:
We have received your request for public records dated July 24, 2017, for all travel expenses for Governor Scott's trips to Washington, D.C. in 2017, including his February 2017 trip to the National Governor's Association.
Please be advised that the Governor traveled one time to Washington D.C. in 2017, and that was his February 2017 trip to the National Governor's Association. Travel expenses for Governor Scott and the First Lady, net of expenses reimbursed to the State by the Governor, were $2,062.44.
This figure does not include any expenses related to Governor Scott's security detail, as those records are maintained by the Department of Public Safety.
Very truly yours,
Jaye Pershing Johnson, on behalf of Karen Pallas, Records Custodian

Hi Jasper – I am sorry not to get this to you yesterday. You have asked about the details of the Governor’s accommodations in connection with the February 2017 trip to Washington, D.C. to the National Governor's Association. The Governor stayed at the JW Marriott hotel where the NGA event was held.
