Pursuant to the Vermont Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Emails messages and attachments sent between ACCD employees and blockchain/cannabis entrepreneurs Joshua Decatur and Paul Lintilhac regarding their Blockchain LLC company, Trace. Please limit the scope of your search to emails sent or received in 2018.

I have not heard of Trace, and the first replies to my email suggest ACCD has not been part of the issue. But as I mentioned, we should find out in the next couple days.
