Any police reports, any 911 calls, any transcripts, videos, interrogations, any arrest records, deal memos, pleas, claims of sexual assault, reports of sexual assault, any court records, hearing records or transcripts, any case files, court case files, divorce records, divorce transcripts, divorce filings, any exhibits, photos, evidence about or in prosecution of David Sellers, Dave Sellers, David E. Sellers, David Edward Sellers of Vermont -- Warren, VT -- previously of 481 Prickly Mtn Road, Warren, VT DOB: 9/7/1938. Any any all records, papers, documents, please. Dates ranging from 1970 to 1990.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Dear Samantha - I have forwarded your request to Karen Pallas, the Public Records Officer for the Governor's Office who will search for records which may be responsive to your request. Please be advised a) we will only have records from the period January 1, 2017 to the present; and b) we do not maintain the files for every agency and department of State government. You may need to follow up with the Secretary of State's State Archivist, the Judiciary and State or local police to find the materials you seek. Thank you.
