Pursuant to the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of any police report (including any records referenced in the report, such as photographs, body camera recordings, or other records) concerning any alleged violation of Sec. 58-37 (Use of vulgar or obscene language in presence of law enforcement agent). That ordinance may be located at https://library.municode.com/mi/van_buren_charter_township,_(wayne_co.)/codes/code_of_ordinances?nodeId=COOR_CH58OFMIPR_ARTIIOFAFGOFU_S58-37USVUOBLAPRLAENAG.
This request is limited to records generated on or after January 1, 2010.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
