Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

All email communications sent or received, including being CCed or BCCed, by Sanjay Ramrakha which were sent between 1/1/2022 and 9/24/23 containing any of the following keywords: "ShotSpotter", "Shot Spotter", "Flock Safety", "Flock", "SST" "ALPRs", "SoundThinking", "Sound Thinking" or "gunshot detection." Please include any variations that are not case sensitive. Please include all email attachments.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

The City of Vallejo (“City”) received your California Public Records Act (“CPRA”) request dated September 24, 2023.

The City is still in the process of searching for, collecting, and reviewing records responsive to the request. Given the volume of potentially responsive records and the need to review those records for the presence of any exempt or privileged material, the City will provide you with disclosable records subject to any applicable exemptions by October 18, 2023.
