Contracts, subscriptions, emails, training documents, statistical reports, and all other documents referencing Hawk Analytics and/or their product CellHawk.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

In response to your GRAMA request for Utah County Sheriff's Office contract with Cell Hawk, we attach here one record. We apologize that our response is one business day beyond the statutorily indicated ten business days and hereby indicate that the reason was that the matter required the input of legal counsel who was unavailable for an extended period of time (see Utah Code Section 63G-2-204(5)).
Notice of Right to Appeal: You have the right to appeal a denial. The appeal must be in writing stating the reasons the record(s) should be released. The appeal should be filed with the Chair of the Board of County Commissioners within 30 days of the denial at 100 East Center Street, Suite 2300, Provo, Utah 84606. The appeal may be reviewed in an administrative hearing of which you will receive notice or processed pursuant to the Utah County and State Codes.
