A copy of any and all FBI files on William H. Spector, a former Military Intelligence Officer from Syracuse, New York, who operated a Cadillac Dealership in Ogdensburg, NY in 1970. Spector was born February 3, 1922 SSN: 578-20-6293, and died September 21, 1995 as reported in the September 23, 1995 Syracuse Herald-Journal, a copy of which I have attached to this request.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment .
