This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

I request any and all files about the deceased individual William "Biff" Forrest Hamman (Born: 25 July 1945 | Deceased: 09 January 2014 | Please see obituary published by the Blair-Stubbs Funeral Home: http://www.blair-stubbs.com/book-of-memories/1763867/Hamman-William/obituary.php). Please limit these searches to include any and all relevant material and documents created between January 1965 and January 2000.

Please also note that this individual, William Hamman, a Vietnam veteran, received a PhD. from the University of Guatemala; he lives and worked in Guatemala in several capacities during the late 1970s and early 1980s, reportedly: as a missionary, as the owner of a coffee plantation, and as a helicopter pilot, potentially in the service of local government, the U.S. Embassy, or other offices and personnel of the U.S. government.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
