Any and all written or electronic communications, memos, or other documents, sent, received or otherwise handled by then Solicitor General Seth Waxmen that contains the key word "McKittrick". This request also seeks records, including memos, briefs, and internal DOJ communications, concerning the creation of the DOJ's so-called McKittrick policy, which you can read more about here: https://www.courthousenews.com/challenge-to-policy-on-prosecuting-endangered-species-hunters-tossed/
This request seeks records produced between January 1, 1998 and December 31, 1999.
I am a reporter for The Intercept
