From: Dennis Schwarz
To Whom It May Concern:
I would like to appeal the FBI's response to my FOIA request (Request No.: 1616693-000). The rejection stated "we were unable to identify records subject to the FOIPA that are responsive to your request", but the visitcoastweekend.com website was referenced on page 13 of the "Declaration of Special Agent Elliott Peterson" (https://www.justice.gov/sites/default/files/opa/legacy/2014/05/30/declaration.pdf). Specifically, there was a mention of a "Subsequent FBI analysis of the UK server..." so I believe there should at least be responsive records related to this analysis and other related material.
Sincerely,
Dennis Schwarz
