To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

DAVID ROLAND HINKSON (08795023)
4/3/2018 12:36:19 PM
Please send me back the email that I sent you, that had the VA Letter in it telling me what do to to get the FOIA information, as I don't have this letter any more. I need to try to get the councilor here to help me here, as no one now else seems to be able to help me get this new FOIA evidence, and this should be easy for a person who is supposedly free. I just don't know what to do. This should have been an easy thing to get done as anyone should be able to get this FOIA information, as the VA said they would give it to me as Swisher was put on trial for this information in Montana and that means that now Swishers Medical Record should be public knowledge. Really all we needed was some evidence that Mr. Swisher was in the hospital (a coma) for June, July, August, September and October; so when did he go in and when did he get out as he stole these benefits. But the VA said in their letter that I needed to fax over a request and they would send i to me. Now it would seem that no one can fax over a request for me? This should have been easy. I just don't know what to do about this letter, as I'm painted in a corner and now it would seem that I have to try to get the councilor here to email the simple request to them. I thought that even my father might have been able to call them as he is a world war two veteran and maybe they would give him this FOIA information as they seem to like to talk to Vets. Remember Swisher was not a war hero and the VA truly does not like him; and his phony lies about his service in the Marine Corp.
Dave
